The marina structures within the project scope include breakwaters, quays, the dry dock area, floating pontoons, super-mega yacht facilities and services, the canal, an artificial beach, special structures and services, as well as navigation and safety systems. The marina has a berthing capacity for 850 yachts ranging from 8 to 35 meters in length and includes dedicated berths for mega-yachts up to 50 m. The facility includes a 12,000 m² land reclamation area and a dry dock capable of servicing up to 150 yachts of up to 15 meters.
