As part of the project, responsibility was taken for the comprehensive master planning of the marina facilities, and an analysis of berth allocation, boat types, and operational requirements was carried out.. The scope included optimizing the layout to ensure the efficient use of both land- and water- based areas, accommodate vessels of various sizes and types, and increase service capacity.
