The marina design project includes planning, design, and engineering services, beginning with the preparation of a master plan that evaluates market trends, site conditions, and the requirements for both marine and land-based facilities. The project scope also covers breakwaters, floating piers, quay walls, and associated superstructures. The marina is designed to accommodate 400 yachts afloat and 100 yachts on land, serving yachts up to 60 m in length. The facilities include a 230 m-long breakwater, 610 m of floating piers, and a 379 m quay, providing extensive berthing capacity and full operational functionality for both leisure and service yachts.
