Construction consultancy, master planning, feasibility studies, and numerical modelling were provided, including wave transformation, sediment transport, pollution control, and circulation analyses. The marina offers berthing capacity for 380 yachts, including superyachts up to 70 m in length. It features an 18,000 m² dry dock area accommodating up to 150 yachts and is equipped with 75-ton and 40-ton travel lifts. The facility is protected by a 280m-long floating breakwater, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
