For the Çandarlı Port Project, both design and construction consultancy services were provided. The breakwater was designed as a piled structure, consisting of a 500 meter rubble mound section extending to a water depth of 10m, followed by 1200 meter piled section beyond this depth. The design included 16 meter wide sections composed of 70 inch diameter piles placed at 12 meter intervals, supported by a rock fill layer to enhance structural stability and service performance.
