The project involved 120,000 m² of non-shoreline property in Yarımca, for which project management services were provided, covering works at Yarımca, Çayağzı, and Petkim Port. The scope of work included the assessment of port development alternatives; consultancy on technical and operational concepts; planning of a container terminal with a capacity of 1.5 million TEU; evaluation of infrastructure investments (breakwater extension, dredging, reclamation, quay walls, and pavements); and market and financial assessments, including revenue analysis, investment appraisal, optimisation, and cash flow analysis
